Abstract Truth Publishing was founded with a conviction: that words can recover what our culture has lost — memory, meaning, and beauty. In an age of noise, we publish books that speak to the permanent things: history, philosophy, faith, music, and community.
We are not chasing trends. We are building a library for those who want to think deeply, laugh wisely, and live well. From Florence to Chicago, from Athens to Los Angeles, our authors draw on the richness of different traditions to ask enduring questions about who we are and where we are going.
At the same time, our mission is countercultural. Too many publishers have surrendered to fashion and ideology. We believe books should outlive the season, that ideas should be tested against history, and that culture is a conversation, not a slogan.
OUR VALUES
We chose the name Abstract Truth because the truth is never easy. It requires humility, because it lies beyond full human comprehension. It requires examination and searching, as Plato and Aristotle taught. Life is about the pursuit of meaning — not the passive acceptance of assigned opinions. Our books seek to join that pursuit.
